Welcome to Blossomy. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Blossomy mobile application.
By using Blossomy, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Application
You may use Blossomy for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
- Misuse the application
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Reverse engineer or interfere with the application's operation
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload, including:
- Plant information
- Notes
- Photos
You grant us a limited right to store and process such content solely for providing the service.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features of Blossomy require a paid subscription ("Blossomy Premium").
Billing
Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by region.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Cancellation before the trial ends prevents any charge. If you do not cancel, the subscription will convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Blossomy → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Blossomy → Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective platform in accordance with their refund policies:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: Google Play refund policy
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at your next renewal. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Availability
We strive to keep Blossomy available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued without notice.
Disclaimer
Blossomy provides informational plant care assistance only.
We do not guarantee:
- Plant health
- Plant survival
- Accuracy of recommendations
Users remain responsible for plant care decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blossomy shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data
- Loss of plants
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Service interruptions
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the application if these Terms are violated.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the app, or by visiting our account deletion page.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the application owner.
